Description (*)

  • Implemented configuration query by partial path.

Fixed Issues (if relevant)

  1. Fixes config:show command doesn't work with partial paths in newer versions #39610

Manual testing scenarios (*)

  1. Run CLI command bin/magento config:show web.
  2. Observe configuration settings being successfully retrieved.

Expected result

Configuration settings are successfully retrieved via partial path.
